The property manager will be going to the property once weekly before people moves in and basically checking if the security, cleaners and store keepers are doing their job right. Also, he can spread the word about apartment leasing to companies in the area in case their employees are interested. Have regular phone calls with people on duty. After tenants move in, then he can go there once in a month and once every 3 months he’ll have access to meet with tenants to discuss their concerns and make sure no nefarious activities goes on in the compound and no subletting without landlord approval
