Rental Terms and Conditions

The rental price of  ₦2,500,000 per year per year is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rental agreement at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment of 2 years lease term is required. Along with 10% of first year rent in service charge used for the compound maintenance, uniformed security personnel, solar-powered compound security lights, and solar-powered electric fencing, borehole maintenance. There will be a caution fee of 10% of yearly rent which will be refunded in full if there is no damage in the apartment when moving out. The agreement and legal fee is 10%, which will be paid to the lawyer and an agency fee of 5% and the rest of the money paid directly to the company's account.

Rent :- #2,500,000

First year rent;
2 years rent of #2,500,000 (required)
10% for caution fees
10% for service charge
10% for legal & agreement fee
5% agency fee

Subsequent year rent:- #2,500,000

Apartment Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or in connection with the rental of our apartments, including but not limited to:

• Any defects or deficiencies in the apartment
• Any failure or interruption of utilities or services
• Any damage or loss caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events

Acceptance

By renting an apartment from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
